In the field of gas transmission, safety and environmental tolerance have always been the core propositions of technological innovation. It can still maintain structural integrity for 30 minutes at high temperatures, which can win time for emergency cut-off in high-risk environments such as chemical parks or steel mills.

The innovative design of ZLR-03 hose reflects its adaptive solution to complex stresses. The corrugated structural unit adopts an asymmetric waveform design, and the peak curvature radius is optimized through finite element simulation, so that the stress concentration factor is reduced when the hose is subjected to multi-directional bending. The expansion of the safety dimension is not limited to physical protection. The hose is integrated with an embedded conductive layer design, and the surface resistance is controlled within the standard range, eliminating the risk of explosion caused by static electricity accumulation.
